Nothing of exceptional, but Dracco/BRB gave us a small holyday video for this christmas, with a couple of shots of the "crystal episode" (The Missing Student (?)).
The expressions are lovely :D, and there is a close-up to one of the small little floating island around the academy. They are very small, just a room. If I would play with fantasy, I imagine them linked with some internal teleporter, so you haven't need to fly to them. :p

There is more activity on Facebook page of MyFilly recently after month of silence. Seems a good sign that we are close to the air, but we need of a new press release with a more precise period to be really sure.

I love this promo, because, however short it may be, it gives a small shot with Battiwigs that raises some implications about his character.

We see Rose and Zack being dazzled by the wonder that is the Blue Rainbow, frozen in place, unable to do anything but stare at the meteor in awe. And then it cuts to Battiwigs who lets out a short acknowledging sound.

This has sent a lot of potential messages to me. Is Battiwigs used to seeing such rare sights? Is he being honorable to the magic meteor? Does he just not care about it, dismissing it with "oh, cool, I guess"?

I would not surprised if anyway Battiwig knows already something, but I expect more that is Wranglum to explain why they "need" of that stuff, for some kind of power or something they need for their plans. One thing that we already see in the last promo is they working on some crystals, so probably they know much more of the other Fillys in the Academy (except probably for Princess Sparkle).

I would buy that if Battiwigs had his jaw open in awe the whole time. He just lets out a small, calm, controlled "yep", which I guess it supposed to be humorous: it's much more subdued than Zack's and Rose's reaction, as if to say that there is no need to be so charmed and paralyzed like these two are.

My bet is that Batti and Wranglum are blindly hunting for anything that seems even remotely magical and/or powerful. "This is a glowing blue meteor from the heavens, of course it's valuable and powerful! Batti, go get it!"
