I think what they really mean is that they can upload the episodes to the public faster on YouTube or some sort of online video sharing site than they can air it on television, but yeah that's a really silly statement with how long they've been working on Filly Funtasia lol

At least it may imply that even if they get denied on television to air the episodes it's still watchable on the internet.

Yeah, the part about YouTube was really positive, at least. If they put the episodes on YouTube themselves, it'll save everyone a lot of headache.
