Fillychan

Forgot to put on the trip.

I figure I'm really late at answering this (I'm predicting Fillychan going on hiatus inside of a week).

I'm probably a very inaccurate observer, but I remember United Chans as an attempt in 2013 at creating co-operation between a number of pony-related imageboards. Ponychan joined in the summer of 2013, and promptly forgot about the UC's existence less than half a year later, unless there's been some internal cross-site mod discussions that I've never been told about.

My chief memory from it was that United Chans gave its support to one guy who was to set up an interchan PES tournament (It was originally meant to be Football Manager, but /mlp/ complained about it). After Ponychan, with me among the three main team contributors, finished making a team squad (though the info on the squad list was very lackluster by 4chan Cup standards), the tournament planner began focusing on his studies and then disappeared. That wasn't only the first time I've been cheated out of interchan cup plans, but the second.

As someone who had plenty of chances to perform this, I can tell that the laughter comes from the target's own implication that it's extremely ticklish. I.e. Rainbow Dash partially expects and wants to be tickled by AJ here.

People must really have high expectations about the tickleness of the blowing then. Trying to blow my arm in the way that AJ does it, doesn't seem to work, and feels about as lousy as using a vacuum cleaner on the same arm, with about half a point's worth of tickleness on whichever scale.

Nah, it's not hiatus if it never begun in the first place! (I also have a feeling there's a movie reference here that I'm not getting.)

It may or may not still be active, but in the possible event that it actually does something, it doesn't reach Ponychan's periscopes.

It's pretty fun to design jerseys, assign cards and find memes to use as players. Just about everything else about it is much less fun, such as even comprehending the concept of pirating and hacking PES in very specific ways.
