I'm not sure how elaborate che changes, if they changed the stained glass windows (swapping the places) or if the concept art is remained unmodified.

I think that using the table with cakes (in the circle) maybe we could fix the position, but I lack of time to do it now.

I've actually noticed that fairly quickly (either on the day when the concepts were discovered or shortly after that), but I think I never shared my findings in public. Good to see that!
